State Representative Brad Tabke (Shakopee, 54A) has been appointed to the Minnesota State Capitol Preservation Commission for the 2025-2026 legislative biennium. The commission is responsible for the long-term restoration, preservation, and maintenance of the historic Capitol building.
“I’ve had the privilege to serve in the State Capitol after its exhaustive, multi-year renovation, and I’m committed to keeping the building in the amazing condition I found it,” said Tabke. “I’ve brought school groups from Shakopee on Capitol tours, and to see this building through their eyes is an incredible gift. I look forward to serving on this commission and ensuring all Minnesotans can visit and take pride in our Capitol.”
